The demands of our service partners continue to be priority. We therefore give their needs precedence

over the choices of the volunteers. Every placement option is made with the intention of having the

possible impact. We have the expertise and staff on the ground to create a custom project for you, or simply help you find the best option.

We advise applying as soon as possible to guarantee a slot for the date of your choice. On the website, we update our placement listings on a regular basis.

Our top priority is for you to feel secure as soon as you land in Sri Lanka. When you arrive at the airport,

our Sri Lankan staff members will greet you and securely transport you to your homestay. Other

volunteers will be showing up at the same time, so now is a wonderful moment to start forming

relationships. The project manager will get in touch with you before you arrive to let you know exactly

where to meet and to get a sense of who else is arriving at the same time.

While medical emergencies are extremely rare, our staff members are prepared for any eventuality and

follow stringent guidelines for handling them. You may contact our staff members anytime. All volunteers are obliged to carry sufficient travel insurance. Depending on the activities included in your volunteer activity, the volunteer must make sure they have the right amount of coverage with their preferred travel provider/insurance.

Every effort is made to guarantee the safety of every volunteer while they are on placement. Our team is

prepared to undertake any circumstance that may come up since they have the necessary training and

expertise. While working on a project, our staff members are always with our volunteers.

Volunteers receive comprehensive information on the community in which they are living and working, along with guidance on how to carry out their daily volunteer activities. In the communities we work with, there is a respectful and understanding culture, and we are embraced. Several skilled supervising staff members are present at every project to guarantee the security and well-being of volunteers.

A visa is necessary for every foreign travel, and our staff can help you with the application procedure. We guarantee that we have approval for all visas relevant to your volunteer activity thanks to our ties with government agencies.
